STAND Above the Influence (“STAND”) requests your permission to take photographs and/or audio/video recordings of your student.

By signing below, you agree to the Following:

STAND Above the Influence and/or its representatives have the exclusive right to all photos and videos taken at the STAND Youth Summit and you hereby assign to STAND all rights, title, and interest in your contribution to the recordings.

STAND shall own all rights to the recordings and may edit, reproduce, sell, distribute, broadcast, publish, or otherwise use the recordings globally in any STAND product or program, in any language, format, and media perpetuity.

STAND may assign, transfer, or license rights to the recordings to any third party, including affiliates and Subsidiaries.

General Terms:

You agree that STAND does not have to obtain permission from anyone else before STAND can use the recordings
You release to STAND, and all its successors, assigns, and licensees, and those working with STAND, from any and all claims based on STAND’s use of the recordings
You waive any current or future claims based on moral rights in the recordings.

This agreement shall be binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
